Each oz contains 9,150 mg l-lysine, 3,725 mg creatine, 2,000 mg DMG, 1,170 mg l-arginine, 1,040 mg gamma oryzanol, 530 IU vitamin E, 4 ppm selenium, 14 mg chromium, 60 mg calcium, 110 mg l-carnitine and 10.5 mg folic acid.
